The "Kesher Rent a Car" Company is the Israeli franchise of the global Hertz Company. Hertz Israel is the operator of “Auto Center” which deals with second-hand sales of vehicles and trade-in. Hertz holds 50% of the shares of “Operate Lease” which also provides a wide range of services to its customers in the field of operating leasing.

Hertz deployed Aeonix Contact Center (ACC) with an integration to Microsoft Dynamics CRM for “smart” routing based on the customer’s information. ACC chooses specific skills, priorities and routing rules. When the call rings at the agent’s station, a specific CRM screen will pop-up based on the call attached data.

The Paz Group is Israel's leading energy corporation and one of the economy's most prominent brands. Paz supplies a third of Israel's fuel products and is the country's first energy company to own a refinery.

The Paz Group has deployed Aeonix Contact Center (ACC) solution with an integration to SAP CRM. Based on the customer type and profile, the ACC routes incoming calls to the specific relevant department. At the Agent’s station all telephony functions are implemented in the SAP CRM screen. Agents use the SAP CRM screen only for CRM and CTI functions. Such functions include:  call Answer, disconnect, transfer, conference, hold, retrieve etc.
